Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Plano

Went on Sunday around 5:30pm, we order from drive through, after we paid, window service person tell us to park at parking space and they will bring food out to us. But guess what, 4 cars behind us had all gotten their food and left, no one ever bring our food to our car! Was already feeling upset, then got home saw this super small chicken finger??.service?? Quality???

I Love all raising canes except this one. 3 times here that the food was bad. Old fries and old chicken, bread not toasted well, no sauces and guy in drive thru isn't friendly. Had to check 2nd 3rd time for sauces in bag and had to ask again to have them. I go to a raising canes often wherever I'm at but won't be returning here. Luckily the next closest to my house is consistent with the food.

I'm very disappointed with the taste. The chicken tasted old. I didn't have time to drive back during my lunch break. I asked for butter on both sides and received butter on one side. A few months ago I found hair in my food. Im very patient but after this second visit I'm no longer coming back to this location.

I love to go to this place if I don't make food. The kids love it and the food is good. The inside and outside are nice looking and the customer service is great????

We like Cane?s Chicken and pick up to go orders from this location about 1X per month. I gave the wrong order to the cashier tonight so when I got to the window, I ended up 1 drink short. They gave it to me at no charge, though I offered to pay. This act of kindness made my day since my family and I only ate at Cane?s tonight because we had to put our dog to sleep and didn?t have the energy to cook. That free drink was a real kindness tonight.
