RA Sushi Bar Restaurant - Plano

We went to a birthday of friends and our server did a good job, but the bar service was terrible. they had a new bartender that makes all drinks and when we ordered a special cocktail, we got gin and tonic 2 different paints back. our server had to return to the bar again and again when we submit new drinks orders. if we spend $1000 as table, it would have been appreciated if they had the experienced barkeeper, doing some quality control.

For dinner for the birthday of my wife and while the rolls and apps and drinks were good, the 1 entree and service 't.we ordered the filet mignon collosal garnel plate and the protein was chewing and unseasonal. the waitress was nice and said she would get us a new plate bit it came back in abou 5 minutes and the eating was definitiw only heated again when that and only had extra salt and pepper and sesame seeds on it. I know that the waitress was very busy because I saw that they came from inside out and go, but they lied about a brand new plate because the meat was at the same place and the garnel was 't new, as my mother ate a piece of 1 garnel and it came all super salty and cold. not the experience I had at this place when I went in ra much in general.

Experience was exemplary thanks to our amazing server Ashley. Great recommendations for food, mastery of the menu, and wonderful personality! In a time where it seems that the world is short staffed, she was the epitome of professional service.

I love this place! I’m from FL and always visited the location in Pembroke Pines. I took my friend here for happy hour for her first time and she loved it. We will definitely be back.

Luckily the cocktail waitress was paying attention to us. We sat outside where the server was nowhere to be seen. The waitress inside came out to serve us and she was great. We watch 3 tables of people around us leave over the course of 1 hour because they didn't even get water in the first 10 minutes of being seated. The food was okay but we felt all the textures and flavors blended together. The hushpuppies on one of the dishes were completely raw inside. We have had much better sushi at a much better price point.
