I love Pollo Regio!! I visited this place because it's close to my job. Today I went and Francesca in the car drive was so nice, she is so attentive and doesn't touch you. The line moved quickly and I appreciate it because I only have 45 minutes for lunch. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I got nachos. And there it literally NO cheese.....how do you forget to put cheese on nachos....go somewhere else. Don 't waste your money They have some beans and are dry as can be.....w...t...f... The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Never a miss when my family comes here. Customer service is phenomenal. My family and I love this place and come here often. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for some authentic Mexican cuisine.
