I love Pollo Regio!! I visited this place because it's close to my job. Today I went and Francesca in the car drive was so nice, she is so attentive and doesn't touch you. The line moved quickly and I appreciate it because I only have 45 minutes for lunch. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. If you can smell the chicken from a few blocks away, you already know: it goes down.
Always enjoy my visit to Pollo Regio. Maria helped me today and she was super friendly and quick to take my order. Will be back soon!

The service is amazing. I eat here multiple times a week. Francisca does an amazing job every time I come in to pick up food on my lunch break. Very friendly and always makes sure my order is correct. I?d give 6 stars if I could.
Use to be great, but for the past few months the quality has dropped a lot. I stopped going cause twice I got undercooked chicken. I gave them an other chance today and the chicken is great but the rice is undercooked and has not flavor, same withthe rice. Please check your cooks work. You have a great product when is done right. Today it was a missed
