I'm not sure what happened, but even large parties that arrived after us received their food first. We ordered just 15 wings and some chicken bites, and it took nearly two hours to get our meals! The service was terrible. I later sent an email to express my concerns, but nobody ever responded. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

I’ve had a good experience dining at this pluckers every time. The only thing I would say isn’t awesome is how their fries aren’t seasoned but the wings make up for it. Service has always been great also!

All menu items we have had are good, but spicy ranch is just a little better than the rest. I tried a spicy garlic parm flavor and it was really good too. Definitely going back when I can
