Initially, the staff didn’t serve us until we reached out to management. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.

The milkshakes earned this review four stars because they were quite good in both size and flavor.

The party was perfectly organiz... read more Worked with the events team for hosting a kids birthday. The team was very patient and suportive throughout the booking process. The party was perfectly organized and timed. We couldn't ask for a better host than Mickey. She engaged the boys completely and each of them enjoyed the party one hundred percent. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us.

However, we waited over 20 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink orders, so we decided to leave. I understand that staffing is a significant issue for many businesses right now, but until this is resolved, I can't see us coming back. Considering the amount we spent today and the potential spending for lunch, it's hard for me to justify a return until the staffing situation improves.

Bumper cars is the only activity the can doand then play the games...some of which don't work. Only one air hockey table-always occupied. The other large table out oforder. Such a disappoitment.
