Their hosts are super attentive and they have great birthday packages compared to some of their competition. The Plano location is also amongst the larger ones in Dallas. And oh yeah definitely try out their platters and humongous shakes!

When I needed a bandage, they went out of their way to find one for me. They also answered any questions I had promptly and kindly.The arcade had a wide variety of games to choose from, and the bowling alley was well-maintained. There were around 22 or 24 lanes, and each bench could seat 4 or 5 people. We played for 1.5 hours. There were several groups of adults playing in teams, and it seemed like a great place for team building.There's staff that brings your food and drinks to your table. There's also a bar on-site with good seating, I think it's a good place to grab a drink before or after your game.Overall, I would definitely recommend Pinstack Plano to anyone looking for a fun and family-friendly activity.

However, we waited over 20 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink orders, so we decided to leave. I understand that staffing is a significant issue for many businesses right now, but until this is resolved, I can't see us coming back. Considering the amount we spent today and the potential spending for lunch, it's hard for me to justify a return until the staffing situation improves.

Bumper cars is the only activity the can doand then play the games...some of which don't work. Only one air hockey table-always occupied. The other large table out oforder. Such a disappoitment.
