Overall, it was a fantastic experience! However, many of their games could use some attention, and I would appreciate having more hand sanitizer stations available. There were plenty of fun games, and I would gladly return. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pinstack:
Here now...2pm on busy Saturday--spend $200 on cards for kids and ropes course is closed, laser maze took the credit but doesn't even work, climb wall had one kid it and now it's closed again for a break. Bumper cars is the only activity the can do and then play the games...some of which don't work. Only one air hockey table-always occupied. The other large table out of order. Such a disappoitment. We held our 40th high school reunion at this restaurant. There was a minor issue with the audio that could have been resolved more quickly. Initially, the staff didn’t serve us until we reached out to management. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.
The food and our server were the only highlights of this place. We had to wait 2.5 hours to bowl, even though we were initially told it would be a wait of 1 to 1.5 hours. When we finally started bowling, the lane malfunctioned nearly every time someone took their turn, which was incredibly frustrating. Despite everything, we still managed to enjoy ourselves, but we don’t plan on returning.
Many of the games were in need of maintenance. The food was acceptable, but I wouldn't choose to have a main dish—only appetizers. The milkshakes earned this review four stars because they were quite good in both size and flavor.
Worked with the events team for hosting a kids birthday. The team was very patient and suportive throughout the booking process. The party was perfectly organized and timed. We couldn't ask for a better host than Mickey. She engaged the boys completely and each of them enjoyed the party one hundred percent. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us.
Where to begin...we had a reservation for 9:30 Saturday. Our dinner plans ran a bit over but my husband and his friend headed over first to check in, got a call on the way there to confirm we were still coming, he arrived 2 minutes after the call. Then it went south..quickly. The hostess went to show him into the VIP area (that we paid extra for) and there were people in our lane. She was confused (husband said she was great) He asked for the manager to see how we can get it corrected and discounted as this was a big deal because he did all this for my birthday. The manager Chris was agitated as soon as the conversation started and offered a very minimal discount with a take it or leave it attitude and when my husband responded with, this is Bull$ he proceeded to THROW MY HUSBAND OUT. No trying to make their error right, no offer of a refund (we'll take care of the charges they still proceeded to charge). When my husband tried to respond, he was just again told, to get out. I will gladly take our business elsewhere after booking a $850 evening with our friends and expecting a good time to be met with that encounter that took less than a minute to go down. And I'll make sure that everyone I know knows how they treat their potential patrons. Thankfully, we didn't let Chris ruin my birthday, we took our party to a better venue and spent our money there.
