Description

A neighborhood Vietnamese spot in Plano is best known for its pho—rich, meaty broth, tender meat and generous portions at a great price. Small plates like shrimp-wrapped tofu and egg rolls are highlights, but rice dishes are inconsistent, with some too mushy. Service and hours vary: staff can be friendly yet at times inattentive, and the dining room is small and warm. Minor drawbacks include occasional portion inconsistencies and charges for extra sauces. Overall, a casual, budget-friendly place worth visiting for pho lovers.

The service was outstanding, featuring friendly staff and a delightful ambiance. However, the meat in the Pad Thai was a bit tough and could have been more tender. The egg rolls were somewhat pricey, but they were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

This is currently my favorite Pho spot! The food is delicious and it's perfect for curing hangovers. I would definitely give it a 10/10 and will definitely order from here again!

I visited this restaurant for the first time around 7:15 PM, despite the sign saying it closed at 8. The open sign was lit, and the door was unlocked. However, when we entered, we were informed that they were actually closed, even though there were five people inside just hanging around. If that's the case, they should turn off the open sign, close the blinds, and lock the door. It seems like a simple solution.

5 stars for pho, very nice taste and plenty of meat 4 stars for bbq pork rice, not amazing as pho but still good; Overall I will give it 5 stars because price is relatively cheaper than other pho places but taste is at the top tier around Plano area. Would definitely come again

Feb 2022- No dine in. When I walked in, the man was on a hammock, popped his head up to tell me the menu was on the table at the entrance of the restaurant, and didn't get up until I raised my voice so he could hear me place my order. He had a child in a playpin and a lady laying on the floor with a child. All tables were pushed towards the front so you can't walk any more than maybe 5 feet in. It was super hot in there. The food was mediocre, nothing to brag about and I probably won't go back. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what, but customer service isn't the best. People go out to eat or get to-go, not only for the food but how we're treated. I don't know if this place will last, the owners of Pho Mac was much better.
