Panera Bread - Plano

There were two open booths. The table wobbled a LOT on both. The self-service ordering process was a pain. Food and drinks were overpriced. This is the first time I've been to Panera since COVID, and I will not be back.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread, thanks to their exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The girl at the front, Raki, greeted me with a smile, promptly took my order, and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The level of professionalism and genuine care she displayed was truly impressive. Combined with the delicious food, Panera Bread's excellent service made for a delightful experience. I highly recommend Panera Bread for anyone seeking great service and a satisfying meal.

1. Kiosk ordering is the worst.2. No trays and i ordered two plates i had to juggle to get to the table.3. Specialty iced coffee meant regular coffee that i had to make myself.4. Grilled cheese made with American cheese, not real cheese. And no ketchup.5. They should just put in robots. This is like going to the 7-11 and picking out an average sandwich and taking it to go.6. Corporate food service has killed the dining experience. I had a similar experience with the McCalisters up the street. Never went back. Next time, i will stick with my local dinerPanera, you have lost another customer. Hope the profits work out for your shareholders.

This Panera location is fantastic! I come here almost everyday on my lunch and the staff is always hardworking and friendly. The food is always delicious and is prepared quickly. I will continue to always come to this location. Perfect place for a quick bite. Thank you Panera!

This is the absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here many times in the last year, have been asked to wait long periods of time for simple salads, gotten nearly ice cold food that should have been warm, and they have often been missing ingredients like lettuce, or rice for the bowls, or onions. Why do I keep going back? Honestly, because it’s one of the few places with a drive through who has food that isn’t too greasy or fried.But today I was told that this location now only serves a limited menu. Im not sure what else they don’t have because after my 3rd request was also answered with “we don’t carry that here either”, I drove away. No baja bowl, no ten vegetable soup, no chicken wild rice soup. They pretty much have the basics and that’s it. Pretty bogus if you ask me. I will go back to eating junk. I will not be back to this location and would never recommend it.
