Description
**Olive Burger: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Nestled in a bustling locale, Olive Burger offers a diverse menu that promises mouthwatering meals from burgers to unique sides. While many patrons rave about the quality and flavors, with some claiming it's the best halal burger in Dallas, others have reported inconsistencies—tasteless options and lukewarm dishes have also surfaced. Service experiences vary, with some encountering welcoming staff, while others felt belittled. Overall, the restaurant draws a crowd, yet potential customers should be prepared for a chance that their visit may not meet the high expectations set by glowing reviews.

Ordered an Olive burger and it was great! The fries could be better with more melted cheese rather than sticky cheese. Overall is was good experience. Will be going back for some halal burgers
My mom has a sensitive stomach for fast food and the hamburgers that she has eaten here don't cause any stomach issue for her. The burgers are not load with a ton of sauces, they are just tasty and the meat is delicious. In general, the food is deliciousand the Afro-American guy in the counter is kind and nice.
1st time, my grilled lemon chicken sandwich was on point, fries were hot crispy too. Place is clean organized as well. Definitely coming back ????????
I don?t usually say this, but this place isn?t worth a stop. I usually check reviews, but keep getting mailers and thought it could be fun. Everything was clearly pre-made and just heated up. Not only was our order incorrectly prepared, but so was ourneighbor (who unfortunately poured peppercorns all over their plate because the pepper grinder was broken). When we asked whatwas on the fries, they told us they didn?t know and couldn?t read the bag since the manager wasn?t there (not gluten freefriendly). The gyro meat was the frozen and precut kind, the tzatziki sauce was was flavorless and all in all made it edible, but would rather go to the Greek restaurant next to Tom Thumb. The regular hamburger was edible, but Braum?s is better and rightacross the street. Skip this and try somewhere else.
I stopped in today at the 301 Plano Rd location for a quick burger. I was greeted by The Manager and I politely asked where the restrooms were located, as if I would have liked to relieve myself and wash my hands before I ordered and sat down to eat lunch. The Manager tells me, the restrooms are for Customers only, as if I wasn't a Customer. His whole disposition was not welcomingat all. He was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. I had all intentions of trying the Burgers after reading theGoogle reviews. I believe He said His name was Shawn, but He did say that He was the Man after I asked to speak to Him. I feltso belittled and disrespected as a potential customer and I will never step foot in that place again. With all that is going onin this world today, People like Him should not be the face of any establishment who caters to the public and deals with peopleface to face.
