Reviews summary

Split between rave and regret, this North Dallas Vietnamese spot earns praise for an exceptional pho, attentive service at times, and standout items like peanut-sauced spring rolls and Thai milk tea — yet suffers glaring inconsistencies. Guests report website and ordering glitches, long waits, sparse portions, dry or bland grilled proteins, and uneven presentation. New management has improved experience for some, but unpredictability means pho lovers may be rewarded while others risk disappointment.

Was Whitney Duarte at N.o.m a mag?

Now, onto the food—it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the seafood pho and added some rare beef. The broth was light yet packed with flavor. I requested it to be spicy, and the server provided their homemade chili paste, which was just perfect. The pho came with all the usual seafood, plus generous cuts of fish, which was a delightful surprise! I will definitely return and highly recommend that everyone give this... View all feedback.

What robin ramsay dislikes about N.o.m:

Unfortunately, the other dishes fell flat. The spring rolls, filled with chicken and shrimp, were bland and lacked any real standout qualities. The fried dumplings were small, overcooked, and overpriced.

In summary, I have a strong love for Vietnamese cuisine, but N.O.M. was a bit of a letdown and didn’t quite meet the expectations set by its ratings. View all feedback.

I’m the most picky old eater and have not be back here since I had suck a bad experience with previous owner. I was waking by today and the manager came out and gave me a new management flier, I was curious enough to step in and gave it another try andI love this little cozy place. They have great food, atmosphere, and much better customer services. They are the very rare placethat match the Togo and dine in price if we order straight on their website menu. If you used to hate this place, it’s time toexperience it over again.

The pho was absolutely delicious! It was definitely authentic, and the meatballs were fantastic! We also ordered shrimp fried rice for our son, and he enjoyed it. We tried their Thai tea as well, and it was perfectly balanced—not too sweet and really refreshing. The service was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this place!

The best pho I have ever had in Dallas! I’ve lived here for over 8 years, and this is the first time I've felt compelled to mention a pho restaurant by name. I even asked for the chef's name so I could give him a compliment, and Mr. Chang came out from the kitchen to greet us so kindly. I highly recommend this place if you're a pho fan!

I'm a bit of a picky eater and hadn’t visited this restaurant since a terrible experience under the previous ownership. However, as I walked by today, the new manager came out and handed me a flyer introducing the new management. Intrigued, I decided to step inside and give it another chance, and I’m thrilled to say that I absolutely love this cozy little spot! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is inviting, and the customer service has vastly improved. They also offer the same prices for takeout and dine-in when you order directly from their website, which is quite rare. If you had a negative experience here before, it’s definitely worth a revisit!

We ordered the Pho Cowboy Special, Thai Fried Rice, and Thai Milk Tea. We absolutely loved the pho; it’s the best we’ve had in the DFW area so far! The milk tea was perfectly sweet, just the way we like it. The fried rice was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. On the bright side, the service was outstanding.

We ordered the Pho Cowboy Special, Thai Fried rice and Thai Milk Tea. We love the pho. It's the most delicious we've had so far in the DFW area. The milk tea is now too sweet which is how we like it. The fried rice is ok but it could be better. Service was excellent.
