I love the decor here! It has a stylish, sophisticated vibe that would definitely appeal to Instagrammers. The service, however, has been inconsistent. At times, it's quick, but on other occasions, it can take as long as 30 minutes just to get someone’s attention. The prices are a bit steep for what you receive. View all feedback. Staying a couple nights for work at the Nylo. First visit to the Loft they were busy and waited way too long to even be acknowledged. Second night was slower and delighted by the service I received by Jonathan. Topped off by one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Thanks to Tommy and Richard.
