Slow service, loud atmosphere, overpriced and underwhelming food, and lack of cleanliness were common complaints. Some noted good sushi, drinks, and attentive servers, but overall, the experience fell short. Issues with reservations, slow service, and subpar food quality left many diners disappointed and unlikely to return. Mixed reviews and a lackluster dining experience on a busy night highlighted areas needing improvement for this restaurant. Ultimately, Kona Grill in Plano failed to meet the standards expected from a higher-end dining establishment.
Sean provided excellent service and made our dining experience exceptional. We look forward to returning in the future.
We enjoyed most of our meal, but unfortunately Damon's steak, ordered medium rare, was very dry.
The first thing I noticed was the significantly worn furniture. Gross. And service was awful. Won’t be back.
Excellent food and will go again. We had stir-fry and Pad Thai Noodles with Shrimp. Yummy!
Service was good, but food was mediocre. The steak was a lower grade and not worth the money.
