The Jersey Mike's near my apartment went downhill during the pandemic and eventually shut down. I thought Jersey Mike's had gone downhill, but nope, just that location. Took a drive out to this higher rated location and am glad I did, this is delicious once again! View all feedback.
What Jordan Hall doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
I ordered the mushroom Philly. The first time I had to bring it back due to the tomatoes, jalapeños, chipotle Mayo and lettuce being left off. The second time I didn’t return it but they left off the bell peppers and onions and somehow managed to get mushroom sauce (the mushy oils from the mushrooms) all in the sandwich causing it to be soggy. I will not return to this location View all feedback.
First time trying this out and it was really good. I got #13 with the rosemary bread with everything on it. The guys were really friendly and professional.

I ordered here on one of my worst days in a long time in hopes the food would make my day better. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. I called the store and was told I need to talk to DoorDash about my order and my points I redeemed would not be refunded. I called DoorDash and they said they initiated a refund and hung up on me. A week later I call DoorDash inquiring about my refund and they said they would need to reach out to Jersey Mikes. Two days later DoorDash says they can't help I need to call the store. I call and ask for a manager and get told there is no manager, when I explain why suddenly they could hand me to the assistant manager. The Assistant manager was very rude and told me to call when the manager was there. I had to step away from work to call two days in a row to catch them. The manager said he would talk to the GM about getting me a refund and never called me back. I was told they could not redeliver because they deliver through some place else and they couldn't refund my points. At this point its been almost a month with resolution or care from the store.
