Better preparation is essential on holidays and weekends, as diners often arrive later. I sincerely wish the new owners success—they seem friendly—but there is definitely room to improve their service. To attract a wider range of customers and retain regulars from the previous management, they need to appear more professional. I shouldn’t have had to ask for cutlery or water after being seated, especially since I arrived more than half an hour before closing.
