Heavenly Kup Boba,taiyaki, And Shaved Ice

Im not a fan of sweets but my wife loves this place. She usually gets the shaved ice with oreos and the coconut milk tea. I usually get the house milk tea which is just right on the sweetness level. If you’ve never been I recommend giving it a shot. It’s better than fat straw IMOFood: 4/5

The owner is always there helping and giving the customers good advice on what to get! The staff is super friendly, sweet, and funny!!! They put a good amount of ice in the drinks enough to keep it cold. But not so much that you only have 3 sips! They have games for kids and others! The seating is very comfortable and the place is very cozy and sweet! They always have nice music on along with bathrooms! Very clean in the bathrooms and you can look over the counter and see it is very very clean where the staff works! They have nice drawings on the tip jars and some silly ones in the back! ??? very warm and welcoming! They have outside seating as well, and the food is super good! Their shaved ice is so good! They put just the right amount of sweetness to it! They have vegan options to!Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegn drinks, and some food to! And the owner will help guide the people though the menu!!!Kid-friendliness: The staff are great with kids! They have lots of super yummy drinks and food for them!! And they even have bunches of games to play!!Parking: Beautiful and easy to get in and out! There isn't too many cars but enough to know this place is good!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Amazing place, very easy to get in and out! They have places for wheelchairs even bathrooms to!Dietary restrictions: The owner goes as far as making special requests for anyone that has any dietary restrictions!! She always goes out of her way to make people happy!! They have non Dairy milk, even!

First time here tonight and we bought the tiger milk tea. The tea wasn't sweet and tasted like regular milk. We politely asked if she could make us another one and she told us a flat no. She stated this is the best that they can make it and if we don't like it, we can go to another place. We visited on 7/8 around 930pm.Food: 1/5

Shaved ice and viet coffee was ok not that great. Cookie was very hard and not good. Than waited for one taiyaki that we ordered so we could leave. Someone who came after us got their taiyaki order so we asked where ours were. They said they forgot so had to make it. Then they said new girl made it and messed up so had to remake it.. took a long time so asked for refund. Older lady kept repeating almost done and to just wait. So we spent about 40 mins there because of ONE taiyaki! Would not ever go back.

I’m usually not a fan of dessert but I was surprised how good this was. You feel good after eating it with all the fruit. I usually don’t rate dessert places this highly. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. The fruity pebbles on it confused me but I was devouring that thing after tasting it. That thing was scrumptious
