The major issue is related to the hostess that was in charge of checking in guests and calling for them when their table was ready. She was too soft spoken so no one could hear when she called for them. As a result, it created a backup of people waiting and increased the wait time. There should be someone that can speak loudly over the noise to summon people when their table is ready or a paging system. View all feedback.
