While the food was decent, it just didn't seem worth the price.

After hearing what they told my husband, I got out of the car to see if I could at least get a card or a number for confirming reimbursement. Instead, I saw one of their employees take two bags of food, complete with receipts, to the back and completely ignore me. We've had past experiences at other locations where they held onto our food even after we arrived close to closing time, and they even made fresh fries for us. So, I decided to call corporate because what happened was unacceptable. The way the manager acted was very unprofessional, almost like a child. Additionally, this Spring Creek location frequently messes up our orders, and their fries tend to be soggy. My husband will definitely take my warnings more seriously from now on since I keep track of these experiences. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money or time here unless you're in a pinch or it's the only location nearby. Good luck!

I was starved that we had just finished a church conference on the road and everything was closed and I noticed that their lights were still up, so I said, only pull them over there and let them stop us. I had never eaten there, but it was amazing. now the prices are a little high, oh we have two burgers, the tomats and wobbles on them I got cheese, and two drinks and french fries and it was 34.10 that was quite expensive, I thought this is only for the case that they ask themselves and have a big family. So it was a double-meatburger I didn't know. but it was very delicious.

Toppings on my burger that I didn?t ask for, missing things from my order. While I?m complaining about my order beingincorrect my food is getting cold, this is the closest location to my house but at this point I?d rather drive to a furtherlocation. Then the employees look at you like you?re lying or just trying to complain, like no sir.. I?m not trying to bedifficult. I just want my order correct especially when I?m paying $35 on two burger meals. I wouldn?t be complaining if thiswas the first time either. This is literally been the last three times I have been to this location. I feel as if I need tostand right there by the counter to make sure they?re making the order correctly. I was impressed with the food overall. Fresh ingredients and made to order. Burger was very good. I got a double cheeseburger with mustard and jalapenos. The jalapenos were raw so they had a nice kick but there were only three on theburger. Also, the patties were pretty small. They are a little stingy on the toppings. The fries were some of the best I've everhad and I don't even like fries that much. I like that they are cooked in peanut oil. I was disappointed they didn't have onionrings, however. The dining area is no frills and could have been cleaner. My pants hems got a little nasty from the floor. Theladies room needs a good scrubbing. They have a small outdoor dining area that looked pleasant. Some of the music they wereplaying was dreadful. Employees are adequate at their jobs but not overly friendly. Menu is very limited. Prices are too highfor what you get. Overall, I think they're overrated but I might be willing to go back.
