Firehouse Subs Coit Rd At Park - Plano

I love firehouse subs but this location has no quality control. Nothing more frustrating than getting out in the cold, picking up lunch, getting home and realizing there's no meat on the sandwich. Not only was there NO MEAT but the vegetables were wrong also. Unacceptable. Update: they did refund my order. Update: In regards to firehouse subs' reply: it's not that I FEEL like you failed me. You did fail. How do you send a sandwich out the door with NO MEAT?

It was our first time having subs at Firehouse, and I must say we are pleasantly surprised. The hot toasted bread and steamed meat were the game changers. Try the new Spicy Cajun Chicken if you like chicken or the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket if you like meat. The coke machine was fun and with lots of options.

This Firehouse Subs never disappoints! The sandwiches are always full of meat and vegetables and the ladies who work here are super beautiful and gracious. They work quickly and efficiently and make beautiful sandwiches. You really are the sandwich artists. Cookies are delicious and always have a variety of chips. Thank you for being welcome and appreciated. I am happy to spend my money here!!!

Today I got a brisket and cheese, which was delicious!! Their pickle appears are yummy, and we also purchased baked chips!

The sandwiches are okay. The bread is better than subway, but I prefer JJs. The people who make the sandwiches ask what you want in it-mayo, onion, etc., but in the end they do what they want. This place is very smokey.
