Einstein Bros. Bagels - Plano

The same person that was in Bob's picture below. Gave awful service. If it wasn't for the food being so good I would actually never return here. I hate to feel like I'm a bother at a place that I'm spending money at. When you ask for one simple thing and you received with attitude this is not good. Of course I'm no business owner but I am a customer that at least deserves common courtesy. If the person doesn't like their job there's a million other jobs out there. The other two people were very nice.Best regards

Not the type of person to write reviews but this place was not it. They had expired juices for sale. I told the cashier, he told his manager and the manager didn’t apologize or anything he just told the cashier to grab one from the back. The entire time I was waiting for my order, I had to tell customers grabbing the apple juice not to grab it because it was expired. That’s the managers job and he left all of that out with no rush to remove the expired items. Secondly, the coffee was freezing and my mom let the manager know, he didn’t even acknowledge my mom and just told the employee to grab another coffee maker. Thirdly, my dads order was completely wrong. They took forever to make the food and they skimped out on a lot of the ingredients. Never returning to this location and it’s because of the lack of good management. It wasn’t even decent.

Drove to this place after a sick visit to the doctor with my kid. Online google says they have a drive through and there was not so be aware. Bagel was ok since I ordered plain. I was super surprised when their payment options said: tip 1%,2% and 3% and no option to decline. I am all for tipping but for you to teach for my bagel and place it in a bag and hand it to me, absolutely no tip. They need to pay their people and allow customers to decline tip.

They have great bagles and a friendly staff that make this place high on my list of places that keep me coming back. Today at 11 AM, they still had a bakers dozen of sesame seed beagles, my favorite.

Nice breakfast place went on Wednesday morning and not very crowded. Had avocado veggie sandwich with cold brew coffee. Toasted perfectly and very fresh. Other einstein bagels usually have many coffee options but this does not . Otherwise this place is good to have some fresh bagels.
