The main focus should be on providing excellent customer service that will keep customers coming back. While everyone has bad days, no one wants to experience rude and disrespectful interactions when placing an order. It is important for employees to treat customers with kindness and respect, even if they are having a bad day. The mistake of receiving the wrong filling in an order is also frustrating and should be addressed by the staff to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

After waiting for 5 minutes, I greeted the staff again and was met with yelling and rudeness. I politely requested to speak with the manager, only to be told that the person yelling at me was in fact the manager. I was shocked by the encounter.

This restaurant is very slow. The drive-thru is frequently closed and when it is open, it takes a long time to get through even with just a few cars ahead. The... read more This restaurant is very slow. The drive-thru is frequently closed and when it is open, it takes a long time to get through even with just a few cars ahead. The coffee is not very good. The staff can be friendly one day and rude the next. They often get orders wrong or mix them up completely. I suggest going to a different Dunkin' Donuts nearby.

The one... read more I rarely visit this restaurant, especially "Dunkin'." When I walked in, all three employees up front did not greet me, but instead just stared blankly. The one with a septum ring aggressively asked how they could help me. When I smiled and said I needed a moment, they seemed very annoyed, even though I was the only customer in the store. I was confused as to why they were acting so irritable. When I went to place my order, they once again rudely asked, "what do you want." I had to repeat my order because they were not paying attention, as they were multitasking. (PSA: If you can't multitask well, don't do it. I hope the company reads this, as this is poor customer service. I left feeling disappointed, especially since this restaurant is located in a nicer part of town, leaving a bad impression.

What is going on with this bagel! I have never seen a bagel so thin, with hardly any cream cheese, and why is the hole in the middle so wide?? I have so many questions, like is it okay to serve this to a customer? I could fit my entire fist in this! Shake my head, step up your game.
