I went to this restaurant and was disappointed with the lack of hygiene practices. The staff member coughed into her hand and then used the same ungloved hand to spray whipped cream on my coffee, which I had paid extra for with cold foam. They charge exorbitant prices for oat milk or any milk substitution. The coffee was overpriced, and I observed the staff handling food after touching their noses and mouths without washing their hands. They need to train their staff on proper sanitation practices, including wearing gloves.
VERY RUDE cashiers yesterday, one cracked a joke to another customer about me and my kids ordering and when I looked at her she got embarrassed and walked away, then I ordered 10 doughnut holes and they only added 8 because they had to “save some from the other customers” not only that but extremely rude to me and other customers there as well, one of the cashiers making snobish remarks about other people as well.
This is my local Dunkin', and I’ve been going here since I moved to Plano from NYC. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had any issues, so even though I now live in a different area, I make a point to visit this location!
