Craftway Kitchen has unfortunately seen a decline in quality, disappointing many loyal customers. Mother's Day diners were forgotten and faced cold food with minimal service. However, the French onion soup is to be avoided while the pineapple martini is a hit. Friendly service, helpful staff, and delicious food have won over many patrons, though noise levels can be a drawback. Mixed reviews on service quality, but dishes like the French dip and Reuben sandwich shine. Craftway also offers creative cocktails and impressive menu choices. While some have had disappointing experiences, others have found it to be outstanding in every way possible.
Really like the menu choices. Only place in this part of the country to find Lake Superior White Fish. The catfish and shrimp special was the best I've had in a long time.
Our server Ariel was great! It is always nice when Eric visits the table. My blue cheese salad with tenderloin was delicious!

Nice comfortable place. We had seen really good reviews for this place for a while so we decided to try it. The place is smaller than it looks but it is still very comfortable, perhaps a little bit on the loud side. Service was good, staff wasfriendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food was the best part, we ordered pretty simple dishes but they were made right.Flavor is all there and would be reason enough to come back. Value is definitely there, price is fair.
Have been wanting to try this place. Went at noon on a Wednesday and all the tables were filled but had open seating at the bar where we sat. Bartender was attentive nice. We really enjoyed both sandwiches ordered. Will be back for sure to try the HappyHour which is M-F noon to 6pm. They have 4 different frozen drinks going. Turns out they are doing so well that a new locationin Frisco. Second visit update. Went for dinner on Friday night with friends. Cocktails were a little disappointing(not toostrong), but I did enjoy the frozen mule. Appetizers, dinner dessert were great! Did not disappoint.
