I ordered something online for pickup and a friend offered to pickup my food, he decided to also buy something and look at the difference between ordering online and at the store my salad didn’t have any veggies it was pure hot red sauce with cheese and guacamole super spicy like I requested extra hot sauce in it- not mentioned the burrito for my 6’7” husband it was just pure tortilla nothing inside, also look at the extra guacamole that they charged 3 for it it was a piece of hard as rock avocado- completely upset with this store never coming back ?
The drink station had several options not working, and two of the lemonade dispensers have been out of order for weeks. Additionally, one of the workers spilled lemonade everywhere and just walked away without cleaning it up. My original review praised the staff for being kind and helpful.
This is a terrible Chipotle location. It's always filthy, and the employees genuinely do not care about anything.
I have been to a lot of Chipotles. Some have been terrible. I am happy to say this is the best one I have been too! I went 3 days in a row once because the burritos were so good! I'm not sure why, but the taste, the portions, everything was perfect. This location has set the bar pretty high for the other spots.
Honestly, what just happened? I waited in line for 25 minutes at 11:30. When I finally reached the counter, I ordered my usual: a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, steak, and sour cream. The burrito was so overstuffed that the employee had to wrap it two or three times. She could see I was unhappy and offered to take out some of the rice. Without hesitation, she stuck her hand into my burrito and removed a large handful of rice, then asked how I wanted to pay. I told her I didn't want that; that’s not why I come here. The portion size was absolutely excessive. It was ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.
