No worries, I can pay at the window like every other drive thru.... Why does the worker inside give me and my wife a mean look when we get tothe window to pay? Sir, we are not going to runaway without paying, your chicken isn't worth larceny charges (trust), y'alltold us to come pay at the window and that is what I did. I thought Chick Fil A was #1 in Customer Service?!?! Next time pleasedon't make it seem like we are trying to run through without paying. Oh and I work next door, so I know I will take my luncheselsewhere!! It will be My Pleasure!

Obviously not worth driving back for a small Mac andcheese but I?ll just wait in line at the other Chick-fil-A next time. Maybe that?s why this location never has a wait. The guythat took our order that looked like the manager was very nice and competent though.

Fortunately, as a doctor, I can manage the pain, so I won’t focus on that too much. I placed a mobile order to streamline things for everyone involved. When I arrived and got out of my car, I discovered that my order wasn’t ready. No big deal—I waited patiently. However, it wasn’t until 20 minutes later that someone finally inquired about my name. Honestly, the entire staff seemed completely confused. Mistakes happen, but the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from them was surprising, as if they were the only ones capable of making a simple chicken sandwich. I have to call foul on this; something felt off. Generally, I’m not one to accept overpriced mediocrity, and I think most people would agree, especially with such long wait times. Combined with some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered, the experience was even more disappointing. I know their slogan is "my pleasure," but I wish it felt that way. On a positive note, the lemonade was fantastic. Where is Beyoncé when you need her?

I stood at the counter for a while without anyone available to take my order, and when my food eventually came, the chicken in my sandwich was undercooked. I had to throw it away. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and I won’t be returning to this location on Spring Creek and 121.

The service was quick, and the food was delicious, just like it always... read more I've never had a negative experience at a Chick-fil-A, but this location truly stood out. The service was quick, and the food was delicious, just like it always is. Chick-fil-A remains the only fast food restaurant where I actually look forward to sitting down and enjoying a good meal. The whole experience was exceptional. A special shoutout to Lester, who took great care of us at the register and even came back later to offer us drink refills.
