Of all the locations in the area, I feel like this spot has the most consistency quality and freshest rolls. They're not all equal, they might be franchised. However, if I want fried chicken tenders and have the room in my diet, I'll drive pass other Chicken Express and fried chicken spots to get it Jupiter and Spring Creek. I've been coming here for over a decade.

I'm disappointed because they are usually very attentive to everything in an order. Had to eat cold food because it took 30 minutes to get the gravy from them. The rolls were different than normal and were over cooked. The fries were different too, and those used to be one of my favorite things from Chicken Express. Check your order to ensure all of what you ordered is included before you leave the store.

Then re... read more I pre ordered some gizzards over the phone about 10mins prior, pick up the order went to my car I start to indulge. Grab one crispy nug and took a bite. Then realized something wasn't rite. I spit out disgusting green mold of chicken. I CONFRONTED THE MANAGER AND WAS UPSET WITH HIS RESPONSE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ON THIS MATTER. HE SAID IT WAS FINE. UNAPOLOGETIC , HE EVEN GOT MAD AT ME JUST BECAUSE OF ME FOR MY REACTION .

I've never had issues with the Lake Forest or Main ST stores, but this is my first time coming to the Plano store. I gave this store 3 stars because their sweet tea tastes like it was made with toilet water. Not sure if its theirice or the water, but I think the water lines or water filter is dirty.
