Came to this Plano, IL. location to dine-in on 8/28/22 @7:35pm. and the doors were locked. Went through the drive-thru and asked what time the dine-in closed and the guy was really jerky and never said, just that it's closed? We ordered food and ate in theparking lot. Food was good though, so that's why 2 and not one star. My 2 cents is a little better on customer relations andlose the attitude towards customers.
I barely go to arbys when i have hasn't been all that but tonight i got the best sandwich ever good hot just amazing so whoever is working tonight GREAT JOB!! thank you
The blonde in the drive thru was so kind and friendly. We will definitely come back. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious.
A decent quality on food. Cashier seemed a bit moody, rather disinterested in the job. She wasn't rude but not very welcoming.
Excellent service and delicious food. Darren was fantastic and even hooked me up with extra sauces!
