Commanded at 8pm, call the restaurant at 9pm to find out where it is. I'm told the delivery man just left. 10:10 p.m. we contact the restaurant which pretexts that the delivery man could not deliver us because I wouldn't have answered the phone. First all the indications to deliver are specified and all our orders with other restaurants have always been well. It should be noted that throughout the order, the status of the order was being prepared. At 22:10 we tell the restorer that we are going to make a claim for reimbursement of our non-arrival order. Strangely the status of the order has passed to immediately deliver the conversation completed. We need to know that in the meantime we ordered a pizza, elsewhere, order for which the deliveryman found perfectly. The screenshots will be transmitted to the platform. Dishonest and liars.
