We can't really say it's great... we eat bad but it's a canteen, really nothing exceptional. After we can't remove the fact that it's a very good quality price ratio. You still have to love the host tables, perso I don't like to find myself at several on a large table with people I don't know (saving?) but if you like the concept. Every one his tastes! On a walk in the gers on 14 July, it's really by the greatest chance we discovered this little restaurant in Plaisance. For 14th, you'll be entitled to soup in the old, a buffet of entries having nothing to do with the sempiteral industrial salads, here homemade quiche, ham from the country, shrimps, pasta, tomatoes/mozarella, excellent melon etc... followed by four dishes of the day to choose. That day there were: calfskin blanquette or bavette-echalotes or duck confit.For me I chose the blanquette, copier and excellent. The desserts are on the edge. The wines are at a very affordable price, the very good bread which spoils nothing. The service is family, fast and efficient. The restaurant is open every noon from Sunday to Friday.
We had a very good meal at the Pergola.Home nice, very good cooking ( excellent pork play) moderate rate, recommended.

Friendly reception in this family establishment. I'm settled at the guest table. the menu is an incredible diversity: we have a choice. dessert flat inlet formula at 13 euros. It's perfect.
