Hello, I went to Heirloom Cafe with my brother this morning. Karen was our waitress. I think she's the owner. What a treasure. Friendly, responsive, mindful. The food was very good and the presentation was neat and clean. The cafe' was renovated and looks beautiful. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Karen? What Katie Hauser doesn't like about Victorias Cafe:
I have concerns about the cleanliness of this cafe. My food was inedible. Hope the cafe is able to make adjustments so that it can survive, but there is a lot of work to do. View all feedback.

Nice family run breakfast stop. Our breakfast sandwich, burger, and pancakes were all excellent. We would happily return.

Bought my husband a dozen bacon roses and a jar of spicy dill pickles for Valentines Day he loves them and gobbled them right up! Thank you so much!!!
After placing my food order, I started reading reviews and immediately realized I had made a mistake. I ordered a cheeseburger cooked medium-rare with American cheese and onion—nothing too unusual, right? However, it arrived well done, with no cheese, wilty remnants of lettuce, and oddly-shaped chunks of onion. Who puts square chunks of onion on a burger? To make matters worse, while I was eating, I discovered three or four pieces of hair in my meal. I can't explain why I didn’t stop eating after finding the first strand—perhaps I was just extremely hungry. In any case, the lesson here is: don’t judge a book by its cover. Best of luck to Hairloom Cafe!
