Applebee's Grill - Plainville

Great experience here!! I need to say thank you to everyone here and how they took care of my family! We showed up with a bunch of adults and may young children who must have driven the two waiters crazy but every dish that came out was perfect and hot too! Sodas were refilled with out even being asked. They took care of us like we were the only ones here. I definitely recommend coming here! Plus I ended up coming here the next day and bought my new VW Tiguan from the dealer across the street! If I never came here I would never have even known they were here!Vegetarian options: If you’re vegetarian like me you will be able to find somethings that work.Parking: There is way more then enough parking!Kid-friendliness: The staff handles kids like nobody else

Went to eat at Applebee's in Plainville so we order ours dinner and they came with it but forgot my husband's dinner 20 minutes later came back and we ask and he went back and told us that they forgot it so my husband didn't want to wait the manager just gave us 10 percent never again going there bad management.

Forgot half my order on carry out. Came back for it and took them half hr to fulfill. Then had cold food back at home waiting. This place sucks
