Description

Nestled in the Plainview Shopping Center, Yogurt and Such divides patrons with creamy, old-school frozen yogurt, praised yogurt cakes, and dependable takeout packaging. Many visitors praise a clean, fragrant shop and attentive glove-aware service, while others report limited flavors, occasional machine outages, rude or overworked counter staff, delivery billing errors, and menu mismatches. Expect nostalgic texture and loyal fans — but bring patience for availability and payment hiccups.

I received a call from the restaurant informing me that I owed an extra $4 because DoorDash listed the wrong price. I had to contact the driver and ask him to handle the payment issue. I ended up giving him $10 to resolve it. They really need to fix this problem.

Everything was packed with great care to ensure that none of the items would get melted!

I ordered and paid for a topping, but they forgot to include it in my order.

I came in and ordered 2 small ice creams cups and a chicken salad. Two other white ladies walked in and she started getting a attitude with me rushing me to hurry up my order. This was my first time here so I was looking at everything and adding extra topping. When I asked for salad dressing on the side she started huffing and puffing telling the other ladies I’m sorry. Like lady I’m a paying customer too. The total came to 30 which is alot or she probably overcharged me. The next time any of this happens I will simply walk out and not pay for shyt. I won’t go to this location anymore.

I usually don't leave negative reviews because I understand how hard people work to run their businesses, but I feel it's important to be honest. This particular place is not self-serve; you order from the lady at the counter. The selection of flavors was quite limited, featuring just the basics like vanilla, cookies and cream, and chocolate. There were no interesting or creative flavors to choose from. Everything we tried felt quite average and generic. The strawberries tasted old and unappetizing, and even my daughter, who usually finishes her frozen yogurt, left most of hers behind. My acai bowl was also bland, and the herbal tea was just standard Lipton Green Tea. Altogether, we spent nearly $25 for what we received. The cashier/server was a nice lady who seemed overworked and was doing her best with what she had. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
