I came in and ordered 2 small ice creams cups and a chicken salad. Two other white ladies walked in and she started getting a attitude with me rushing me to hurry up my order. This was my first time here so I was looking at everything and adding extra topping. When I asked for salad dressing on the side she started huffing and puffing telling the other ladies I’m sorry. Like lady I’m a paying customer too. The total came to 30 which is alot or she probably overcharged me. The next time any of this happens I will simply walk out and not pay for shyt. I won’t go to this location anymore.
I usually don't leave negative reviews because I understand how hard people work to run their businesses, but I feel it's important to be honest. This particular place is not self-serve; you order from the lady at the counter. The selection of flavors was quite limited, featuring just the basics like vanilla, cookies and cream, and chocolate. There were no interesting or creative flavors to choose from. Everything we tried felt quite average and generic. The strawberries tasted old and unappetizing, and even my daughter, who usually finishes her frozen yogurt, left most of hers behind. My acai bowl was also bland, and the herbal tea was just standard Lipton Green Tea. Altogether, we spent nearly $25 for what we received. The cashier/server was a nice lady who seemed overworked and was doing her best with what she had. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I drove up and immediately left. I was craving frozen yogurt, so I searched for a nearby spot. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find a small, rundown restaurant serving dry wraps and side salads. All I wanted was some good yogurt! Why do you advertise yogurt when that's not what I see? I definitely won't be returning.
The woman serving yogurt at the Plainview Shopping Center has really changed her demeanor; she's now rude and claims the machine is broken. When I visited the café yesterday, she told me to come back tomorrow. Today, she said there’s no low-sugar yogurt available until next week. When I called to ask about it, she hung up on me several times. This is strange because I used to consider her a friend and even tipped her. The manager should consider replacing her—there’s no excuse for her disrespectful behavior.
