I ordered a Caesar salad and they give me about half a handful of lettuce. I tried speaking to the manager Georgina and politely asked if I could get more lettucesince it was absolutely absurd the amount of food I was getting for the price I was paying. She rudely told me that she couldn?tdo anything and she refused to help me. It is way too expensive for the amount of food they serve. Complete rip-off!

I ordered a scrambled egg breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery. When I opened the sandwich, it was falling apart and had no eggs in it at all. It was also much smaller than I anticipated. The person who made this sandwich should be fired, along with whoever trained and hired them. On top of that, the coffee tasted like watered-down flavor. This location, or possibly Panera as a whole, is a complete disappointment.

The baguette I ordered was incredibly hard, the "chicken Caesar salad" had barely any chicken, and the cup of salad dressing was significantly reduced in size. Overall, it was a letdown.

I always use the drive-thru, and no matter who is working, the staff is consistently rude and disrespectful. I even saw a female employee yelling at an elderly man who was having trouble reading the screen to confirm his order. On my most recent visit, a male employee took my order without greeting me, rushed me to finish, and then aggressively returned my credit card before throwing the bag of food into my car without saying a word. The customer service at this location desperately needs improvement. I will not be returning to this poorly managed Panera.
