The burger tasted warm and good. French fries was also good and not overcooked. The fried calamari salad was really good. Only downside is that it was bit pricey, $20 for burger was bit too much considering the fact that this place is not in the City (no offense, though). But overall, it is worth to try at this place, although I personally would not go all the way from Queens, NY to Plainview unless there is a specia... View all feedback.
What Virginia Nanni doesn't like about Craft 387 Bistro:
I really enjoyed this restaurant when it was Cassis, so I decided to stop by for brunch last week. Everything we had was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was just right. I spoke with the owner and learned that everything, including the chef, is the same as it was at Cassis. However, I can only give them 3 stars because, after a lengthy discussion with both our waitress and the owner about a glute... View all feedback.
I want to commend Craft 387 for staying open and serving the community during the COVID-19 restrictions. It’s easy to find, located right off South Oyster Bay Road in the Plainview Shopping Center. The facilities are clean, with safety dividers set up between tables for added protection. The menu features a mix of French bistro and Latin cuisine. I highly recommend trying the mussels and the short rib entree. The owner personally greets every customer, which adds a nice touch. Prices are reasonable, and they accept credit cards. The staff is friendly, and we will definitely be returning. A big thank you to the owner for being so attentive. You have a fantastic and unique business, and we look forward to visiting again soon! – ESJ
Food sucks. over priced. tiny, odd portions. menu vs what was presented didn't match. no ventilation and was kinda warm. I left hungry. some of the food was stale. the table has an uncomfortable bar underneath that made it hard to stretch your legs. menu was so limited that it's disappointing they can't perfect how they cook the dishes. WOULDN'T EVER GO BACK.
Amazing, friendly service! We had Alexey as our waiter and he was phenomenal! Couldn't of asked for a better experience. We had a table of 7 and had a variety of food and drinks that met all of our expectations!! Would eat again, 10/10 recommend.

The food is terrific but also pretty expensive. Highly recommend the steak quesadillas and the calamari. The salads are good as well. Only downside is the restaurant can get quite noisy.
