Panera Bread - Plainsboro

I went after the online order. They loved my cup! Me too! I enjoy the VIP Sip Club! Great location and the whole staff is great?

The latte is very bitter. I have a vanilla and it wasn't sweet. I was in other slices and it tastes better there. I asked her to put another vanilla pump, but hardly tasted the difference. Your cane sugar packages are filled quarters, its very bizarre. Also ordered a scone online on the other day, and it never came on the system when I came to pick it up. They had to manually check the order to see that I had actually placed the order. I also noticed that two other people had problems with their orders when I was invaded. The guy who runs the register seems nice.

Panera has a large selection of foods and drinks that are all delicious! the Sips subscription is great! I don't care to get some things out of the menu when I go in for my sips now and then. my only wish is that panera opened at 6 o'clock. If they had done it, I would have kept my subscription for their Sips program. I'm just going too soon to pack it up in the morning, so I don't think it's worth it for me. I'll miss it.

I definitely had a few small problems on my trip here on a morning the kiosk had a glitter and ended with my card loaded twice, but I was sure only one charge would go through. A few days later I saw both charges going through, so I went after work to ask for a refund and they were unable to find my order first, but again assured me that they would refund me. Later in the evening I called to check and called twice after 8:00 to avoid peak hours, but nobody answered both times. The main reason that this is ultimately a positive assessment is because of the morning leader Jill, whom I called again the next morning, and she answered quickly and reminded me as the person who was accused twice and immediately offered to repay my money and was really gracious. If every manager at this point is as responsive and reliable as it is, this place would certainly have only 5 star reviews. Also the two cashiers I treated were very professional and seemed like they really wanted to help me. So thank you all for keeping my experience relatively positive despite the glitter!

Delicious coffee and majestic views even on a rainy day at this Panera bread cafe. I enjoy the service and the environment every morning.
