The offer... read more This is THE store for Plains Georgia. We’ve never had”a peanut” flavor ice cream before and boy, I’ve no idea what I’ve been missing all these years. The offer soft-serve peanut flavor , and chocolate or mixed together. That mix swirls was a game changer. Fantastic ice cream. They also offer local products. Everything to do with president Carter as well. They have a “Mayhaw Jelly” ; a local fruit like a plum with tangy taste. Staff there are incredibly friendly and funny. We had good conversations about town. Love this kind of places. You know people are genuinely nice.

Stopping here on road trips is a must for the peanut butter (only consists of peanuts and peanut oil without any additives) that is sold in glass Mason jars, pe... read more Stopping here on road trips is a must for the peanut butter (only consists of peanuts and peanut oil without any additives) that is sold in glass Mason jars, peanut butter soft-serve ice cream (souvenir color-changing cups are available), all varieties of roasted peanuts, jams, pickles, souvenir tee shirts and Presidential campaign 1970s items. Take your family’s picture at the life-sized peanut, with their smiling face peering through. The employees are exceptionally friendly, and the small town charm is undeniable. This is a fantastic stop when seeing President Carter’s historic sites in Plains.

The peach brittle really surprised us, and of course we got a bag of it. Lots of cute stuff and delicious homemade country sweets.
