The staff at the front counter were not very friendly. The $4.90 beer didn't come with a glass, which was a nice touch. The other staff members were friendly.

Find a real lack of consistency in the quality of the coffee. some days it is not good at all, hardly drinkable. the ordered roasted banan bread, but when we got it, it was cold and no evidence that one tasted at all.

Good eating a little on the expensive side to expect. the opening time must always be extended or open within the advertised opening times.

Poor quality for the price you pay at this franchise. Need to work on communication from the pay window to the collect window, order is never right. Also if it isn't a positive review, it seems to get deleted
