The last couple of visits to this store have not been a good experience. On one visit over half the menu was unavailable and then the next was told there was no lettuce or cheese. For a major takeaway these experiences make me look elsewhere. Also the staff at this store are not the most pleasant to deal with. It's an ok KFC, not the worst I have been to. Stuff are nice but most of the time there is a real wait for food and a lot of the times I have come the kitchen looks really messy to the point you can see food and rubbish all over the floor. Ordered Zinger Burger Box in store on Saturday 29/7/23 approx 7:20. Got into car, driving away started eating chips which were only just warm some were cold. VERY disappointing! Decided to wait till I got home to reheat in air fryer. I had made changes to my burger of no supercharged sauce but extra BBQ sauce extra bacon. Burger had extra bacon but NO BBQ SAUCE but had the supercharged sauce. Asked for extra salt on chips but there was basically NO salt on them. How hard is it to read an order do it that way?? Why give that option if it’s not going to be done how we ask for. I’ve done this job so I know IT ISN’T HARD at all. I don’t eat KFC often so when I do I want it to be hot, fresh what I’m paying for! These guys were extremely busy, but still managed to provide excellent customer service. The service was top-notch: we had a sit-down lunch and the price per person was between $1–20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging, but there is a free parking lot available.
