The burger was impeccable, and the sausage platter that two of my companions ordered was impressive to see. The leather binder showcasing their whiskey options is truly a sight to behold, and the service was exceptional. It’s refreshing to find a place in the city that places such a high value on attention to detail!

The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, which adds to the overall experience. However, if you're hoping for generous portions of food at a lower price, this might not be the right spot for you. We ordered a $16 plate featuring pork and Cheddar bites. While it wasn't one of their larger meal options, I expected a bit more for that price. The Cheddar bites were delicious, but the pork portion was perhaps only 3 ounces and quite salty. One of my friends opted for a 6 oz steak accompanied by plenty of vegetables and some interesting side dishes for $40. It was on the pricier side, but he mentioned it tasted quite good. If you're planning a first date or looking to impress someone, this would be a great place to consider.

I've gone 3 times and my excitement only grows each time. If you're up for a fantastic meal in a really cool spot with great tunes and awesome staff members, look no further than Sovereign! Seriously only the finest ingredients are used and they are cooked to perfection! Buy the kitchen a round!

A Redwood Empire Pipedream Bourbon, traveler Apple Cider Liqueur, Pecan maple syrup, ginger beer. Our server has also done a great job today and the room is just beautiful. In any case, on the expensive side. The Wiccan Chicken was on average, the Haus Burger was also on average. All in all, worth the check-out and I'd go back.
