Romano's Pizzeria - Plainfield

Once I got home, I noticed that the amount of spinach on the pizza was quite meager—certainly not more than six leaves. I expected more for the price I paid. The pizza itself was so greasy that I ended up tossing most of it. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had.

After a long week, we were eager to enjoy a nice meal, but our experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the aubergine matesan, which was rubbery and completely inedible—it felt like it had been microwaved. My side salad was also forgotten. For a restaurant that has just opened, it seems they've taken on more than they can handle. They really need to improve their staff and offer better pay to attract quality personnel!

I would like to say that the person I spoke to when placing the order was very polite. The delivery was prompt, the delivery person was friendly, and the food was delicious.

It should be delivered at 17.30 a.m. and they brought it at 15.00 a.m. cheeseburger grinder was disgusting. I had to throw it away. they also forgot the caesar dressing for my CAESAR salad. the customer service was also terrible. will not be back

They need to come a long ways to be average. Service is very slow and food needs much improvement. Some people left from not getting waited on, and they were the only other people that came in when we were there. One of our orders was acceptable.
