Potbelly - Plainfield

I emailed your Customer Service regarding horrible food and absolutely rude service today.UPDATE 12/07/21: No email response received from Potbelly. Still no refund on my credit card that they said they processed, so I had to put in a dispute of amount for my rotten/moldy salad that I was not able to eat/had to throw away.

I had a sandwich, some chips, and a milkshake. The sandwich was great, it’s called A Wreck, and it was just a delightful mess of meats, and cheese. The chips were a little tasteless, but with the milkshake I hardly cared. It was a good experience, the staff was delightful, and my food was ready faster than I expected.

A great sandwich shop that I have always liked. Currently, their indoor dining is closed because of shortage of employees. Unfortunate.

My chicken salad sandwich had no chicken salad. How does that even happen?!? Called to let them know and was told its everyones first day today. I was given a refund for the 1 sandwich in my $35 order. I did reach out by email as requested. I have not heard back.

I stopped in yesterday to pick up some food for a friend. I am not really a sandwhich person and the friend I was getting the food isn't really picky. I was staring at the menu for a few minutes trying to decide what to get, the girl taking the orders I guess noticed I looked a little perplexed and asked if she could help me make up my mind. I explained to her I was getting food for a friend and wasn't sure what exactly to get her. She was extremely patient with me, since I couldn't make up my mind. Getting to the register the young man was also extremely friendly and helpful. I love going to a place and the customer service is top tier. My friend did tell me that was the BEST sandwhich she had had in a long time.
