Despite receiving a winter weather advisory on 12-29, the owners refused to reschedule our reservation or work with us to find another date to use our $100 deposit. After speaking with Corey, he urged us to still come despite the poor weather conditions. However, Corey was unhelpful and ultimately kept our $100 deposit. I had planned to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant at a later date, but they do not refund deposits for their igloos unless they are able to accurately predict the weather.
