Staff was absent and prices are high
For the past two years, Fox's has been our go-to spot for pizza night, and we’ve always enjoyed their delicious pizzas and appetizers. However, this review is really a big thank you for their exceptional service. I placed a large order for seven pizzas on Friday night, requesting delivery for Sunday at noon for my son's 4th birthday party. The staff member who took my order didn’t realize that they don’t open until noon, making it impossible to deliver on time. However, they reached out to me on Saturday, and the manager made a commendable decision to have a few employees come in early to ensure the delivery was on time. The pizzas arrived just when we needed them, and everyone at the party couldn’t stop raving about how great they were!
The pizza at this place is fantastic! It has a thin crust with plenty of toppings. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. I will definitely return! I highly recommend it!
The food here is outstanding, and the service is incredibly quick!
To be honest, the management and waiter were very friendly. However, I ordered two large pizzas, and I was disappointed. The sausage pizza was dry at the edges and limp in the center, while the meat-only pizza was so greasy that I had to eat it with a fork. I won't be returning; the restaurants and food in Orland Park and Oak Lawn are much better.
