The service was disappointing. On Sunday morning, I ordered a hot latte with one pump of sugar, but instead, I received a hot latte with a blueberry shot. Not ideal. I also requested an egg and cheese wrap without cheese, but they ended up giving me one with cheese. Since I'm allergic to dairy, this really ruined my Sunday. I won't be returning.
Multiple disappointing visits. Last time they burned the hashbrowns and they tasted like dirty oil. Visit before that, they made a sundae so sloppy, the hot fudge overflowed and made a mess of my car. This is the only Dunkin location I?ve had any problemwith.
I’m waiting for someone who is in a meeting, and the staff here didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything while I walk around like they do in other places. I really appreciate this courtesy!
I stopped visiting this restaurant after facing repeated unwanted attention from a drive-thru employee and a manager (a guy with a gold chain). They made suggestive comments and asked increasingly personal questions every time I went to pick up my online order. I feel sorry for the female staff and hope that no one else is experiencing harassment from them.
