I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the first time, and was accused by the owner of stealing a coffee the week before so he said he was refusing to let me order anything until I paid him what I owed. I visited this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time and was accused by the owner of stealing a coffee the week prior. He insisted that I pay for what I allegedly owed before allowing me to place an order. His demeanor was angry and hostile, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable and insulting. I would never steal from any business!
This location has been my go to for several years. I always grab my favorite iced coffee and something to eat in the morning. They are very quick and pleasant to interact with. On the rare occasions that I am able to enter the restaurant, it is clean and inviting.
Great Dunkin’ Donuts location. I always order ahead and my order is always ready on time just how I ordered it. 5 stars
I really appreciate how they greet me by my first name every morning when I come in for my coffee! The staff there are fantastic and create a welcoming atmosphere.
I decided to give this restaurant another chance because of its convenient location, hoping my previous experience was just a one-off. I'm glad I did, as this visit was much better. The transaction went smoothly, and the customer service was very friendly. The staff member knew exactly how to process my debit card, which made things easy. Great job, DD! Plus, my order was correct this time!
