What Benito Rivera doesn't like about Dunkin':
Worst service ever. Gave them a chance to redeem themselves and waited till after 4 visits to even post- they dropped the ball every time from slow service with 4 or 5 employees standing around and talking instead of moving the line and getting people out, to serving a different coffee other than what I ordered to my final visit where they lied about having made me a coffee fresh and I was given old, stale coffee tha...
