Placed an order through the app, it was cancelled with absolutely no notice, I did not recieve a refund, and I am still left hungry. Yay chipotle! Seriously?
This chipotle is absolutely disgusting. They have food all over the assembly table. It’s extremely unsanitary to the point I walked out and did not order. I could only take one picture, but trust it is filthy. I really hope the manager sees this and clean up before serving people!
I visited today to order two bowls, which were prepared correctly, but I’m giving a one-star review because the person serving the meat actually didn’t notice that there was a plastic lid mixed in with the carnitas while putting it into my bowl. Additionally, I noticed that the counters were dirty and unkempt. Chipotle needs to improve on cleanliness. I’m surprised I didn’t end up getting sick after eating there. Furthermore, the chips were stale. I won’t be returning until the restaurant is cleaned up. I also feel that $30 for a bowl is way too expensive.
I strongly recommend closing this location for good. It might be best to remove all ownership, management, and staff, then level the building and start fresh with a new establishment. This Chipotle is far and away the worst in the area, with consistently insufficient staffing, delayed orders, poorly prepared food, and frequent shortages of ingredients. It’s hard to see how it can improve from this point.
