Description

In a disappointing trend, a local Chipotle has drawn significant criticism for its consistently poor service and food quality. Patrons report delays in order fulfillment, with some waiting longer than the promised time despite a lack of customers. Misprepared meals have been a common grievance, with wrong ingredients and undercooked components frequently noted. Customers express concern over staffing issues and a lack of professionalism from management, particularly during the closing hours. Overall, the establishment's declining standards have led to calls for a complete overhaul of its staff and operations to regain the trust of its patrons.

I visited today to order two bowls, which were prepared correctly, but I’m giving a one-star review because the person serving the meat actually didn’t notice that there was a plastic lid mixed in with the carnitas while putting it into my bowl. Additionally, I noticed that the counters were dirty and unkempt. Chipotle needs to improve on cleanliness. I’m surprised I didn’t end up getting sick after eating there. Furthermore, the chips were stale. I won’t be returning until the restaurant is cleaned up. I also feel that $30 for a bowl is way too expensive.

I strongly recommend closing this location for good. It might be best to remove all ownership, management, and staff, then level the building and start fresh with a new establishment. This Chipotle is far and away the worst in the area, with consistently insufficient staffing, delayed orders, poorly prepared food, and frequent shortages of ingredients. It’s hard to see how it can improve from this point.

I've called this location four times without getting an answer. Last night, I arrived at the store at 8:15 PM, and since it doesn't close until 10 PM, I thought I had plenty of time. Being pregnant, I ordered a burrito, and after it was made, the manager asked the employee if he needed help wrapping it because he had put a large portion on the tortilla. The manager then came over to ask me if it was okay for him to use another tortilla to wrap it. I agreed. At this point, around 8:20 PM, I also asked for chips. The host, Brooke, informed me that they were out. Still hoping for good customer service, I inquired if they had another batch coming up, considering it was still early. The manager then came over to say the fryers had been turned off. With over six years of restaurant experience, I know that fryers usually stay on until about 30 minutes before closing. To make matters worse, the employees were already starting to close down the store, and I noticed one of them packing up food right in front of me. When I finally got home, my burrito was ice cold, as if it had been left out all night. It completely fell apart, and being pregnant, I couldn't risk eating it since I didn't know how long it had been sitting out. I live just eight minutes away, so for my food to be cold was unacceptable. Whatever happened to customer service and professionalism? It felt like no one cared about my needs, especially considering I was spending my hard-earned money. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I actually witnessed someone throwing up in here and all the employees did was stand around and laugh. That’s all you need to know about this location.

Used to be a great Chipotle but the past few orders from this location have been terrible. I ordered double meat...didn't even look like it. The contents of the bowl are just up to the rim of the bowl. The food/prep area has been very dirty and looks terrible. If we go to a Chipotle (which we do less and less now) we will go to the Naperville location.
