At the time of writting (4/14/24), I would advise avoiding this location for picking up food. I got in line at my food expected pick up time which was 6:40, ended up waiting in lane for 40 minutes before I made it to the window, which I was then asked for my name and time, (When my food was supposed to be ready) which I then heard them say focus on my order. I ended up waiting another 7 minutes for the food to be handed to me.This implies the pick up line is essentially a drive through because they don't make your food until you are at the window (this defeats the purpose of a pick up only lane).Customer service was beyond poor and the food was not worth what they are charging.Maybe give it a few months for them to get it together but I would suggest Quedoba or even TacoBell over them at this moment.
We arrived with a large group just 40 minutes before closing time. The staff were eager and prepared to accommodate us.
No matter which Chipotle I go to, I can always count on having a delicious and satisfying meal, thanks to the friendly staff behind the counter. I highly recommend it!
