Casey's - Plainfield

Never open on time, very slow service and they never have pizza, in the morning at least.

By far the worst cases I’ve been to. The Casey and Shan Joliet Daria always have food ready. I’ve been an early morning worker and when I get the opportunity to stop at Casey’s for a slice of the breakfast pizza I jump at the chance. However, every time after by this location, there’s never any food ready whatsoever. Whether it be the donuts or any sort of hot and ready food. The clerk never received us to be reviewing anything except for this phone and struggles just to say hi or make change.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Lady upfront was rude and has no professionalism.

Awful management. I have been to hundreds of other Casey 's locations and this one sticks out like a sore thumb. Hours are constantly inconsistent, 5pm truck unloading (parked across all of the parking spots in the front of the store), hot food is never prepared, they are consistently out of donuts and cookies, and the attitude given by the manager when asking about missing normal products is most off-putting. I LOVE the chain, but this location is the worst.

Stopped in to grab a snack and use the bathroom, and it was an extremely underwhelming experience. Every Caseys ive ever been in has been much nicer than your typical gas station, so I was very surprised. The bathroom on the right reeked of urine and the walkway in front of the drink machines was so sticky my flip flops were sticking to the floor with every step in that area. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and stated that she had mopped 3 times and was honestly the highlight of my experience. She deserves a raise.
