After that, I placed my order, and it felt like they were reluctant to provide good service. The food was disappointing, the meat was burnt, and the overall attention was lacking. They really need to pay closer attention when hiring staff, like the person named Kendra mentioned on her ID.

I will not be returning, as the service was truly unacceptable.

I went through the drive-thru and encountered three different employees over the span of ten minutes asking for my order through the speaker, only to say "one s... read more I went through the drive-thru and encountered three different employees over the span of ten minutes asking for my order through the speaker, only to say "one second" and then disappear. I assumed they might be overwhelmed, so I tried to be patient. When I finally got to the window, I saw seven people working inside. Once I got home and opened my burger, I found it was basically a mayonnaise burger, to say the least.

Sometimes hot fresh (on point) and other times cold and unsavory. They'll still make you wait an eternity for cold food and don't compensate long waits with free food or upsizing. But on the upside, As long as they keep taking coupons I'll probably still go. Lol
