She forgot to bring our soup, she never came back to check for drinks refills, and she never deleted anything from our empty dishes. Even if the service was not great, we would still come back to eat.

My friend tried a sandwich and couldn't eat it either. The potato skins and soup were decent, but the main dishes were a total disappointment.
